This policy explains what Ricenoodle Studio Inc. collects when you use StageRight and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and display name, via our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Your photos and layouts: the listing photographs you upload, the furniture arrangements you create, and the staged images generated from them.
• Usage records: generation history (model used, timestamps, prompts derived from your arrangements) to operate and debug the Service.

How photos are processed

• Uploaded photos are stored privately; they are accessible only to your account through expiring signed links, never public URLs.
• Location metadata (EXIF/GPS) is stripped from photos at upload.
• To generate a staged image, your photo and placement diagram are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google's API terms govern that processing; we do not permit our provider to use your content to train models where the provider offers that control.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your photos in our own marketing without your explicit permission.

Retention and deletion

Your photos, layouts, and generated images are retained while your account is active so you can revisit past work. Email imjiapeng@gmail.com to delete specific content or your entire account; we will remove your stored content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
