Terms of Service

StageRight (the "Service") is operated by Ricenoodle Studio Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. During the private beta the Service is provided free of charge, by invitation only, and these terms may be updated as the product evolves; we will notify active users of material changes.

1. The Service

The Service produces AI-generated, virtually staged versions of real-estate photographs you upload. You control the furniture arrangement; the output is generated by an AI image model and may contain imperfections. Outputs are marketing visualizations — not architectural drawings, floor plans, or representations of included chattels.

2. Disclosure obligation for staged images

Virtually staged images used in listings must be disclosed as such. You agree to identify AI-staged images as "virtually staged" in any listing, MLS entry, or marketing material, and to comply with the rules of your real-estate board, MLS, and applicable law (including CREA and BCFSA guidance in Canada). You remain solely responsible for how staged images are used in your listings.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload and warrant that you have the right to use and modify them. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the Service (including processing by our AI provider — see the Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos to advertise the Service without your permission. Staged outputs generated from your photos are yours to use, subject to Section 2.

4. Acceptable use

• Only upload photographs of properties; no people, identity documents, or unrelated content.
• Do not attempt to misrepresent a property's physical structure or condition.
• Do not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

5. Beta disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. Generations can fail, be delayed, or produce unusable results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ricenoodle Studio Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (during the free beta, zero).

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the beta.
